Large spacious 2 bedroom North east facing apartment on 4th floor overlooking the beautiful Broad Water situated centrally between Runaway Bay and Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. The views are spectacular. There is a lift which services 12 apartments only 2 per floor. Plenty of car parking on site. Large open plan lounge dining kitchen with sofa on front enclosed terrace which can accommodate 2 more guests if required. The sea view is always changing with small sailing and motor boat craft moving through the view, parasailing and jet skiing at times. It is still very peaceful and relaxing, with plenty to do if you want to.

Bus transport right out the front to all local shopping centres, including discount outlet shopping. Over the road is the broad water which is suitable for swimming, parasailing, windsurfing, boating, skiing, and fishing all year round. Plenty of sailing and motor boating is visible to enjoy from the front of the apartment. Short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Beautiful board walk just across the road which takes you from marinas to local hotels restaurants and fresh fish eatery and park where you can sit and soak up with beautiful water views. The hinterland is a short drive to Tamborine for more shopping and beautiful mountain views to the coast. One hour drive north to Brisbane and 15 mins into Surfers Paradise the centre of the Gold Coast for clubbing hotels restaurants and shops. Something about ourselves

I am a retired widow in early 60's, with 2 sons one lives in about 2 hrs away with his young family, 3 boys. The other son and family live in Denmark he has young son and daughter. I love to travel and look forward to continuing to travel. I love my apartment and so do my friends and family, who are always keen to stay in it while I am away. I haven't been in a homeswap program before so I am looking forward to sharing my home and seeing another part of the world I have not experienced before.
