We have great 4 bed home in Alexandra Headland, Sunshine Coast QLD. It features a large covered outdoor area, a heated pool and spa, all overlooking a small lake.
Ours is a private, quiet street but only 2 mins walk to the beach and restaurants.
The main parent retreat with bedroom and ensuite bathroom is upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 large living areas, modern kitchen, 1 double bedroom and another room that can be set up with single beds, another room currently used as a music studio that could be set up with a single bed, a bathroom and a separate laundry. We also have a convertible sofa if required. There are also 2 large indoor living areas on either side of the kitchen. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning should you need to cool off or warm up at any time.
The Covered area overlooking the pool is a great space to relax on the daybed with a book or enjoy your meals outside regardless of whether or not it is raining. In fact we find we eat most meals there. We have a large gas BBQ for easy holiday cooking.
We are happy to exchange cars- and have a 6 year old red Subaru Impressa Hatch housed in a double garage. There is also more parking available at the house.
The bus stop for the local buses servicing the Sunshine Coast is on the beach street - just 2 minutes walk away.
We offer a great house to unwind in, but so close to so many different activities. We have great 4 bed home in Alexandra Headland, Sunshine Coast QLD. It features a large covered outdoor area, a heated pool and spa, all overlooking a small lake.

Alexandra Headland is a coastal community at the heart of the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland, only 80mins from Brisbane International airport and 15mins from local airport. World renowned Noosa beach is 30minutes away.
We have a choice of safe patrolled beaches for surfing/ swimming or just relaxing.
Nearby are first class golf courses, rain forest walks, shopping centres, art galleries and lots more.
Nearby attractions include Australian Zoo home of the crocodle hunter Steve Erwin, and the family favourite: Underwater World. In addition, river and sea fishing is also very popular in this area.
There are plenty of water sports to participate in, with Sea Kayaking being popular.
We enjoy a sub-tropical climate tempered by the ocean - therefore, it is never blazingly hot and never really cold. The daytime temperature range from 23°C to 31°C in Summer and a beautiful 14°C to 22°C in Winter. In Autumn and Winter the nights can be cool - occasionally down to 10 degrees - but it very quickly heats up to its maximin within hours after sunrise. Hi. Cathy and Brian here: We are a semi retired couple - teachers in our former lives now full time grandparents and dabbling in several other business ventures.
We would treat your home with respect and care as if it were our own.
We have completed 4 exchanges now and have found each experience to exceed out expectations in every way. Hi. Cathy and Brian here: We are a semi retired couple - teachers in our former lives now full time grandparents and dabbling in several other business ventures.
