Buderim is just 10mins by car to several beautiful beaches where it is possible to swim all year round.Sunshine plaza shopping center, movie theaters,restaurants, and several clubs are all less than 15 mins by car. Noosa with its many up market restaurants and wonderful national park where you can walk along side the ocean for 3klms stopping to swim where you wish. Montville Mapleton and Malaney are but 30mins drive with beautiful views back over the coast Many craft shops as well as lots of walks in national parks. Maroochydore airport is 10mins away and Brisbane is just an hour away. Something about ourselves

Don 65 & Cheryl 61 are retired builder and legal secretary. Our two sons are 35-37 years old and we have one beautiful grandson Jai who makes Cheryls day on a monday when she minds him and Two new grandaughters who are nannas special angels. We are sailors having lived on our own catamaran for 5 years cruising the Australian coast. We love camping and the great outdoors including bush walks and all that nature provides. Don plays golf to handicap of 17. Cheryl is a wonderful cook and grandmother and also plays golf. We enjoy seeing new countries and through house swapping have found this and ideal way to see the world. We have done a few exchanges in 2007 to Seattle and Canada was just wonderful with several host stays that were best of all as we were able to meet and make several new friends who hopefully will visit us in the future.In 2008 we had a great trip to Europe where we had two house swaps and 2 host stays all with beautifull people.Last year we had a 4 week stay at Lake Geneva Switzerland in early spring which was wonderfultime to watch the spring flowers develop and walk in the snow. We have a near new home which we love and we would treat your home as we do ours. We live in a temperate climate which we think is the best area in Australia to reside as there is lots to see and many places to go. Our home although close to a major tourist area is quite to live in and has many birds to view and feed.
