House is an open plan, brick home, very spacious, overhead fans. Master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite. Two other double bedrooms, seperate WC and bathroom. Large outdoor entertainment area with spacious yard with palm trees. Lock up garage, main living area, tiled, bedrooms carpeted, all easy clean.

The beach is 16k long, Pacific Ocean to the east, Burrum River to the south and National Parks to the west. Shops of all kinds, plus Hotel and Club on the waterfront. Fishing, swimming, BBQ and just relaxing in this unspoilt area. Shirley and Andy are a retired couple, active in the local area. Background for Andy in landscaping, he has travelled the world regulary with Adventure trips. Background for Shirley in printing, shopwork and now a very proud grandma of 8. We have never exchanged houses before and are looking forward to a new adventure.
