Our comfortable 2 storey Noosaville townhouse is fully self-contained & ideal for self-catering. It features 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs, with a lovely light and airy living room, dining area kitchen, laundry and second WC downstairs. It is very well maintained,including new carpet and curtains. The downstairs area features 3 large double window doors which generate plenty of balmy breezes and light. Our townhouse is in a complex which is renowned for its spectacular tropical garden with lush green lawns, swaying palms, and exotic colourful plants. There is a recently renovated solar heated swimming pool, spa & a wading pool. The pool area is covered with shade cloth and features sun lounges and chairs. The stunning gardens also contain a BBQ gazebo with central tables and chairs for larger groups. There is a portable BBQ also. The townhouse features front and back patios & new outdoor setting-perfect for a sunny breakfast or evening wine. There is a covered carport also Our townhouse is located in a complex with ON-SITE MANAGEMENT. The managers, Kathryn and Glen are on-hand to help with travel advice, bookings etc. They are experienced travellers who love meeting new people and offer the following services: Tour & Information Desk, free tour booking service,free car hire booking service and free airport transfer booking service. Available from the Office are Wireless Internet Access,Internet prepaid ,Holiday hire equipment E.g. Strollers, cots, beach and outdoor gear.

Noosaville is one of Australia's premier coastal resorts.It is surrounded by natural beauty & is a very friendly and happy environment for both visitors and locals alike. Our townhouse is very easy walking distance to the beautiful Noosa River (5 minutes), perfect for swimming, walking, fishing and picnics. There are river hire facilities including canoes, kayaks, boats, jet skis, plus tennis courts.There are many excellent restaurants and cafes including Noosa Yacht Club which is situated on the Noosa River.There are a wide range of retail shops and grocery stores plus good public transport- local bus or water ferry. Medical and dental services are on hand.The internationally acclaimed Noosa Beach and Noosa National Park are five minutes drive by car & are also accessible by public transport (local and water ferry are minutes away). Bikes are available for rent and Noosa Beach is 15 minute easy ride on designated bike lanes. Other activities include the Noosa Farmers Markets where you can sample the best of local produce. The markets are 5 mins walk from our townhouse ( Saturday 6am-12pm).You can visit Australia Zoo, The Ginger Factory, Underwater World or go whale watching on Hervey Bay (best time Aug/Sept). There a top golf courses nearby including the Championship Golf Courses at the Hyatt Coolum, Noosa Springs and Tewantin-Noosa.Visit the world heritage listed Fraser Island.Tour the beautiful hinterland of the Glasshouse Mountains & visit the villages of Maleny, Montville Kennilworth for cheese & artisan markets at Eumundi (Wed/Sat from 6am-12pm). ![]() Something about ourselves
