We offer a comfortable four-bedroom house with multiple areas to sit, read, eat, drink, play games and watch television. There is a large garden at the rear with plenty of lawn for children and/or pets to play on (the lot is one-third of an acre or 1300 sq.metres). Our mango tree is presently laden with too many mangos for us to eat ourselves, which is a benefit of living in a sub-tropical climate.

We are a few short minutes' drive from Gold Coast beaches and with easy access to fun parks, Sea World and other attractions. We are 40 minutes' drive from Brisbane and from two major airports. We have a double garage and station wagon available for exchange. The pool and garden are both serviced regularly. This is a happy home for couples or families. We are a couple of retired and recovering academics with two adorable and well-trained poodles with whom we would like to travel if possible. Our two adult daughters live in Brisbane and can be a point of local contact for you.
