Our spacious family home offers relaxed, resort style living in a quiet bushland setting, withnin 2 mins drive to local restaurants, shops, cinemas, library and a bus exchange. We designed & built the house in 2002, ensuring that all three living areas view the inground pool and ajoining bushland settting. The main bedroom also overlooks the inground pool/bushland and comes complete with INDOOR SPA, LCD TV, ensuite with DOUBLE SHOWER, and WIR. The well equipped kitchen is centrally located in the house and opens onto the family room. All living areas have comfortable leather lounges. Outside the family room is a covered outdoor entertainment area with gas barbeque, lounge and dining setting. There are also two other large bedrooms, two studies and a double garage. Enter our property by driving down a 30m tree-lined driveway and through an electric gate. The front of the house has a nice garden and ajoins/overlooks a quiet park with a lake and an abundance of birdlife. It has fully ducted reverse cycle air con. and ceramic tiles throughout. It was designed as a place to raise our family and is very child friendly and easy to clean.

We live in the heart of the thriving young community of Victoria Pt. on beautiful Moreton Bay. IT IS 45 mins drive to the capital city of BRISBANE & 1 HOUR DRIVE SOUTH TO THE GOLD COAST, with it's famous long white surfing beaches and Sea World. Only 40 mins drive to the theme parks Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet n Wild and Australian Outback Spectacular. 90mins drive north to the beaches of Coloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Locally, 10 mins drive to Thompsons Beach or Sirromet Winery. 15 mins drive to Pt O"Hallorin with walking/riding trails along the quiet bay. There are ferry rides from Victoria Point or Redland Bay to many islands off the coast to explore.
