Our newly built home has ocean views from all three levels; we have a very large balcony from which you can enjoy the views and have a BBQ. There are three spacious bedrooms, master on top level has an ensuite whilst second level has two bedrooms, study, bathroom & WC. All bedrooms are carpeted. The lounge, dining room and kitchen overlook the swimming pool and out to the water. We are 5 minutes walk into Airlie Beach where you can experience the local restaurants, stroll along the boardwalk or swim in the lagoon! Our tropical climate means warm weather all year with August through to November being a lovely temperature: around 21 to 25 degrees C. After November it grows much hotter.

Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsunday group of islands, this area has it all - Sailing/ charter boating, snorkelling, diving, parasailing, swimming, kayaking. You can take adventure tours to Reef World by boat, seaplane or helicopter: to snorkel or scuba-dive the Great Barrier Reef or take an Eco tour and experience the wildlife - Crocodiles, kangaroos, koalas, wombats and abundant bird-life. There are day trips to the islands or the magnificent Whitehaven Beach which stretches for miles and often turtles, rays and tropical fish can be seen right off the beach. For the daredevils, there are Tiger Moth aerobatic flights - you can even watch these from our balcony! Airlie Beach has lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a local market on Saturday mornings where you can purchase locally grown fruit & vegetables and other goodies - the "cake lady" is our favourite! We are surrounded by National Parks, so there are plenty of walking trails to enjoy too. Something about ourselves
