Our elevated family home is multi-levelled and spacious with 5 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 2 sets of bunks and 1 sofa bed) and 4 bathrooms. We have a large modern kitchen (and another smaller kitchen for the outside entertaining area and swimming pool) that opens into the living area and large deck with bifold doors. The deck overlooks the large fenced garden and swimming pool (with outside warm shower)and has sea views to the horizon. Our house is very family friendly but would also suit a couple. It has fans in each room for the summer and gas heating for the winter. Friends and family love to visit and spend time with us in our home.

Our neighborhood
We live in Peregian Beach, 13 kms south of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. Our home is an easy 5 minute walk to the surf beach and a 20 minute walk to the local shopping village which has a mix of shops, cafes and restaturants (deli,bakery,butcher,fruit shop etc). Peregian Beach is surrounded by National Park on all sides and is very green and heavily vegetated with coastal plant species. We are located in a quiet residental cul-de-sac. A coastal path runs adjacent to the beach and is easily accessible for cycling and walking. Sections of Peregian Beach are patrolled all year round. It is a haven for all water sports and beachside activites. Something about ourselves
We are a busy family of 6 - Neil is a Consultant Anaesthetist, Yvette is currently a full-time Mum (with many community/school commitments) to Will 8, Charlotte 7, Francesca 5 and Georgia 2 years old. As a family we enjoy many and varied activities from swimming, rugby union, running, surf life saving(just to name a few). As a family we love to experience new and exciting adventures- we love to travel and have managed to take the children to many Australian destinations as well as Europe, New Zealand and Canada. We have yet to experience a house swap but would relish and respect the opportunity to live in someone else's beloved home and to similarly share our great existence with someone else.  marks the location of this home
