Description of our house
Our House is available from 28 November 2008 until 2 January 2009. We only require accommodation from 15 December to either 28 December or 2 January 2009.
Our house is a lovely Art Deco house built in 1924 by a European Master Plasterer. It is a very large house but only three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are quite large, with the Master bedroom having an ensuite. There is a large eat-in Kitchen, Seperate Lounge and Dining. There is a piano in the Dining room.
The bed configurations are as follows
1 X King size bed
1 X Queen Size Bed
1 X King Single
1 X Single Bed
1 X Cot is available on request
All beds are VERY COMFORTABLE.
I am happy to exchange my Car if there is one at your end, otherwise the house is walking distance to the train station, where you can travel quite easily around brisbane and the coast.

Our neighborhoodWe live 4km from the Central Business District of Brisbane. Brisbane has a lot to offer such as river cruises, Museum, Art Galleries, Night life, Restaurants, Cafes, Shopping, Kids activities, Parks, Active and Healthy activities, Cycling, walking and much more.
It is a 40 minute drive to the world class beaches of the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, where you can learn to surf, swim, snorkel, dive and more.
The weather at this time of the year is very warm, and very pleasant. It is the perfect place to come for a relaxing break from the European Winter.

Something about ourselvesWe are a couple with two kids and another on the way. He is an Engineer and travelling to Europe for work in November. Both of us have family in Europe and are planning to spend Christmas with them. We are only actually travelling with our 3 year old girl.
We would love to offer suggestions of where to go in Queensland to make your stay more enjoyable.
