Our small comfortable home is situated on a typical Australian suburban quarter acre block, half an hour drive from Brisbane CBD and 45 minutes from the Gold Coast. We are just a few minutes drive from a park and ride station of the Brisbane suburban railway system which takes you to the Gold Coast and to the Airport. The house has a small all electric kitchen, with all the usual appliances. It has two split system air conditioners in the lounge and main bedroom. The main bedroom has an en suite. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The laundry has a large automatic washing machine. There is a large heated spa on a secure verandah at the back. There is a super gas barbeque. You can use our medium size 4WD.

Brisbane has everything a large city can offer, except that people don't usually want to shove you out of the way, or walk over you. The Gold Coast is a tourist paradise, with four theme parks, surf, sand and so on. Rain forested mountains in the Gold Coast Hinterland with more laid back tourism opportunities are just an hour away by car. We have lovely neighbours too.
