SEEKING SHORT BREAKS IN SYDNEY SPRING/SUMMER 2010,EARLY 2011 Our spacious home has reverse cycle / ducted air conditioning,ceiling fans & gas heating. Bedrooms : * master:queen with ensuite, WIR,pay TV,comfy chairs and bay window. * separate guest area has two bedrooms ( one queen and one king single )and a full bathroom and toilet. Living areas: * formal lounge/dining room, * sofa bed in family room , pergola with gas BBQ and outdoor eating area with bush views . * informal eating area adjacent to kitchen(with new gas hob& double oven ) Hot tub, and solar heated pool set in corner of garden. We grow veges & are establishing grape vines (on pergolas ) a shade house & fruit trees.

Situated in a suburban cul de sac with open space at rear, we enjoy lots of bird song - in the mornings.Many beautiful beaches nearby. 90 mins from North Sydney by road. Rail, bus,and air links to Sydney. Shuttle service to Sydney airport.Our local airport: Newcastle/ Williamtown is 40 mins from our home, several flights daily to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra, & daily flight to the Gold Coast . Paved lakeside,coastal and harbour foreshore walkways nearby. Day trip attractions include: Watagan Mountains (bushwalking), Port Stephens, Hunter Valley vineyards and Central Coast.
