Our beautiful home is a renovated Californian bungalow located in Roseville, a leafy suburb of character homes and big gardens, yet close to the city. The hub of the home is the open plan kitchen family area which leads out to the large patio and backyard with trampoline, cubby house, monkey bars and pool - a kids paradise! Our home has a master bedroom with ensuite, and 2 other bedrooms which sleep 3-5 with 2 trundle beds. The house is fitted with reverse cycle ducted air con and is toasty warm in winter with auto gas floor heating. As we work from home, 2 other bedrooms have been converted to studies/home office. We have an informal eating area as well as a formal lounge and dining room. A treadmill is also available for use if you feel you have over-indulged during your stay! Our home is perfect for families with children - on a 1200sqm block, Foxtel cable TV, PS3, Wii and fast wireless internet of course. We have 5 bikes available for use as well as a car (if swap also includes a car).

Roseville is a lush and leafy suburb, 12km (7.4 miles) north west from Sydney's city centre. It is a safe and family-friendly neighbourhood. The train station is easily accesible - less than 8 minutes walk from our home. Something about ourselves

We are a family of 5, with 3 well-behaved / well travelled children (according to others!) aged 7,10 and 12. We are both working professionals, love to travel, enjoy good wine and are a family of "foodies". We lead busy and active lives and love to holiday as a family whenever the opportunity allows. When not working, we can be found at nearby bike tracks, parks, or cooking up a storm! Our home is a hub for entertaining friends and family. Tennis and skiing are our other loves. We would look after your home as if it was our own.
