Our townhouse is in a elevated quiet leafy location a 5 minute drive or a short bicycle ride to the beach. Hi, we are Kate and Todd a couple in our thirties. This will be our first "house swap experience" and we are enthusiatic to share our little home and beautiful part of the world and have a great experience somewhere else in the world. We enjoy a relaxed but active lifestyle and both enjoy playing sport. Todd works for Essential Energy (Electricity Supplier) and Kate works at Southern Cross University, Part time and freelances as a graphic designer.
