We offer a spacious and airy, city apartment with lovely beach and coastal views. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. The second bedroom is smaller but has a double bed as well with a large bathroom across the hall. The study can provide extra sleeping for two also. All rooms have large windows with beach views. There is a large and comfortable, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area all with beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and quite luxurious. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift and secure parking. The study can provide extra sleeping for two also.

The beach is across the road and the free, sea water, baths are two minutes walk. There are restaurants, art galleries, cinemas and amusements all an easy walk away. There is an abundance of eating places from cafes to fine dining within just a few steps. Buses are free around the city so one can manage without a car at all. Something about ourselves

Ross and I (Mandy) are retired professional people who enjoy a active and sporty life. We are clean and careful and have done many home exchanges to many parts of the world and never had a problem and have enjoyed them all. We have children and grandchildren who live nearby and give us a great deal of pleasure.
