My Home is a 3 Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining, Living room, l Bathroom, 1 sep. toilet,plus Laundry, Balkony, Sunroom, surrounded by 380m2 Tropical Garden, 600 meter walking to the 8 km long Sundy Privat Beach. In the Resort there is a 9 hole Golf Cours, 2 Tennis Courts, all year around synthetic Bowling Green, 2 swimming pools (l heated) Jaccuzy (Spa) Licenced Restaurant, and Shop. The Resort is in a centre of 110 acres of Tropical Garden. There are 195 Homes occupied mostly by over 50's, who have choosen the area because of its security, all year arround Subtropical Climat.My backyard is teeming wit exotic wildlife (Families of Kangaroos) great selection pf Parrotts, and Waterbirds.There are 33 things to do or more in the surrounding Coast, such as: 4 Wheel Drive Adventures, Aboriginal culture Centre, Aquarium, Bike Riding, Bird Waching, Botanic Gardens, Busch Walking, Camel Rides, Canoeing, Dining Out,Diving, Dolphin Show, Fishing, Helicopter Tours, Horse Riding, Iceskating, Markets, Miniature Dutch Village, National Parks,Rainforrests, Rock Climbing, Scuba Diving, Seal Kiss, Snorkeling, Swimming, Visita Gallery, Whale Waching, White Water Rafting, Winery.Cinemas, International Restaurants, Faboulos Shopping Centres satisfying all needs and expectations of a Visitor.
