All main living areas have easy care tiles with just carpet to the bedrooms.
Because of the nature of our property and the area that we live in, it is not suitable for children unfortunately:(
Situated in a very quite street with lovely neighbors backing onto a waterway.
Private entertainment area at rear where you can relax and sip champagne whilst looking out over the swimming pool.
Walking distance to shopping,doctors, entertainment. Wonderful flat walking along a myriad of paths to see native bird life.
Very very low maintenance yard which can be mowed by a contractor if needs be.

John enjoys many games of golf a week and I am interested and passionate about photography.
We have a wide range of interests and enjoy visiting museums art galleries wineries etc etc.
