Paddington is home to scores of intriguing boutiques, specialty shops, art galleries restaurants and cafes. You'll find many of these dotted along leafy residential streets lined with old terrace houses that reflect the suburbs heritage as one of the earliest settled areas of Sydney. Our home is minutes walk to Oxford Street, Five Ways and Woollahra the main shopping precinct. The house is situated on the main bus route which will take you to the centre of Sydney in 20 mins and in the other direction to Bondi Beach. It is a very central location which is much coveted by local Sydneysiders.

My name is Wendy and I have lived in our home for 26 years. I have recently retired as CFO of a large Non-profit organisation in Sydney to persue my other interests in arts and craft and volunteering. My husband is a Mining Engineer who is also soon to retire from his Mining Consultacy Practice. We have 4 daughters. 3 have left home following completion of university to persue their careers and interests and our 4th daughter is 14 years and lives at home.
We love living in Paddington and would not consider living anywhere else. We love good coffee, entertaining collecting Art and mid-centry furniture. We swim all year round at a local Sydney Harbour beach 10 minutes drive from home and love retreating to a tiny mid 19th century miners cottage on the central coast to surf and enjoy the pristine environment.
