Description of our house
[
![]() ]
Our home is located in Paddington which is an inner city Victorian heritage village lined with old terrace houses that reflect the suburbs heritage as one of the earliest settled areas of Sydney. Unusually for the suburb our home (circa late 19th century) is free standing although of terrace dimensions and is set back from the street behind a tropical garden filled with frangipanis and palms. The house has 3 bedrooms (a 4th has recently been converted to a studio), 2 bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen. Laundry and courtyard. All rooms look onto the garden, streetscape or courtyard and are light and airy. The interior of our home has been renovated by an award winning architect and it is well maintained. The house is on 3 levels.

Paddington is home to scores of intriguing boutiques, specialty shops, art galleries restaurants and cafes. You'll find many of these dotted along leafy residential streets lined with old terrace houses that reflect the suburbs heritage as one of the earliest settled areas of Sydney. Our home is minutes walk to Oxford Street, Five Ways and Woollahra the main shopping precinct. The house is situated on the main bus route which will take you to the centre of Sydney in 20 mins and in the other direction to Bondi Beach. It is a very central location which is much coveted by local Sydneysiders. Something about ourselves
