My home consists of 3 bedrooms, family/kitchen, dining room and lounge. It is recently renovated, well maintained and clean. The sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed, a room with double bunks,and another single underneath and another bedroom with a double bed. The family room opens onto the alfresco area beside the swimming pool and there is a gas barbecue and table with 6 chairs. The tropical and native gardens surrounding the area are beautiful and peaceful and if you choose to go to the many beaches instead, that is only a half hour away by car. The Shoalhaven river and golf course is only 5 minutes away by car (10 mins on foot) and there are numerous bush walks beside the river and creek. Use of my car can be arranged.

The neighbourhood is pretty and quiet (cul de sac location) with walking tracks through the forest which lead down to the Shoalhaven river and Bomaderry creek areas and an abundance of bird life. Something about ourselves
