Our home has been newly built backing onto the national park while built to take in the beautiful beach and bay views. We have daily sightings of kangaroos and native birds and the odd echidna and goanna. 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom with separate TV/study area downstairs (with sofa bed)double garage with remote control. Great space to enjoy ocean breezes on either the front deck or private side deck. Quality home and quality furnishings just waiting for your visit!

Pambula Beach is ideal for nature lovers,watch the kangaroos nibble the grass on the back lawn or if here in Nov, watch the whales from the front deck,we also have a 27 hole golf course only 2 km's away. Enjoy the full moon shimmering on the ocean or perhaps a stroll on the beach watching the sun set. Close to the tourist town of Merimbula or 3 hours from our nations capital city,Canberra. We are in our early 50's and love our home, my husband and I work at our local schools and have lived in stunning Colorado on a teacher exchange. As this taste of exchange was life changing with life long friendships forged, we are keen to try house exchange. We have raised our 3 children and now are looking at our travel options. We have travelled extensively and are always keen for more. We love meeting new people and would respect and look after another's property.
