Peaceful inner Sydney suburban home with bush setting. Our home is comfortable, clean and inviting and has four/five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen with modern appliances and a large formal lounge dining room. Our balcony overlooks a nine metre pool at the back of the house with a spa attached. Our front yard is secluded and often used for BBQ's and eating outdoors. As we have seven grandchildren our home is well equipped for children as well as seniors and of course, everyone in between. Just the two of us live in the house now but it is well utilized by family and friends as we tend to host many overseas visitors.
Our home is equipped with all necessary bed linen, towels, a well stocked kitchen, large gas BBQ as well as baby necessities, high chair, stroller, two cots, bed rails and toys. A small sand pit and ride on toys also.

Our home is situated about 25 minutes by train from the city CBD and two train stops from the International Airport or 10 minutes by taxi cab. It is in an inner city suburban suburb in a picturesque valley, surrounded by bushland and many native birds. We have a bushland reserve opposite our home where one can bushwalk or just take a leisurely stroll. We are also lucky enough to have a large reserve at the end of the street with a large grassed area and children's playground.
Our local shopping centre is a few minutes walk or major shopping centres are just a short train or bus ride away. All types of sporting facilities are available, public swimming pool, ice rink, gyms, golf courses and many others but we do have a 9 meter pool in the yard and many neighbours enjoy a game of footy or cricket in the local parkland.
Relax on our balcony and take in a breathtaking view of our valley. Kevin and Lynne. We are 64 and 59 respectively. Kevin is semi retired having sold his Land Surveying business approx 10 years ago. He is now a tour guide and enjoys casual work in the tourism industry. I am a adult educator employed by TAFE (Technical and Further Education) in the Business section teaching Microsoft Office applications together with a few others.
We are very proud parents and grandparents. We have four daughters the youngest single but the other three married with families. We have eight grandchildren under eight so they keep us very busy.
We have done several home exchanges and over a period of 18 years have hosted many overseas visitors. We have travelled Europe, New Zealand and Asia plus a little in US and Canada.
