Horsfield Bay is a lovely Bay 10 minutes from the beach. 25 minutes by ferry to Sydney northern beaches. It backs into a national park so has a lot of native birds and walks. A cycle track runs from Woy Woy to Gosford, an easy straight ride. There are beautiful beaches and bays within a few minutes drive, lovely cafes and galleries. For more exciting activities Sydney is 60 minutes drive or 80 minutes train trip via Hawkesbury river, very attractive scenery. Most people commute to Sydney to work so the service is great. Also great neighbours. About 80 minutes drive to Hunter Wine area and Newcastle, a lovely city, recently renovated. Also a good position to investigate northern NSW and Northers coastal areas. The location is great for a base for touring, flights to northern Australia, the Barrier Reef etc are only 1 hour away and can be reached by train. I am able to provide accommodation for short stay at family vineyard in the Hunter Valley, just one and a half hours drive. Something about ourselves
