The apartment is located in a home in the quiet inner Sydney suburb of Longueville on the Lower North Shore. It has a private outlook onto picturesque Woodford Bay, which leads into Sydney Harbour. It is nearby to Lane Cove village, a popular local shopping and dining area, and is well situated for bus and ferry services to Sydney CBD and the Harbour. It is about 10 kms from the centre of the City.

We are a married, retired couple, still very active and both ex-IT industry. Travelling is our favourite past-time and we have had more than 25 successful home exchanges around the world. We particularly like the home-exchange format of living in the new location as a local rather than tourist.
In addition to our apartment in Sydney, we have a house on Magnetic Island in Far North Queensland inside the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef. This is also available and popular for exchange, and enables us to do non-synchronous exchanges. Ref. ID 52409.
We also offer our home at Avoca Beach, about 80 kms north of Sydney on the New South Wales Central Coast. ID 59869. Avoca is a popular weekend destination for Sydneysiders, but many people live here and travel to Sydney each day for work by car, train, bus or boat.
