We have lived in "Corona" for 15 years. She is a delightful and grand "old lady" and we are lucky to be her guardians for the time being. Over the last 15 years we have restored her to her former glory and modernised her for living in the 21st century, with fully ducted heating, surround sound stereo system, broadband internet, solar heated pool, fully equipped gym and gas heaters for the outdoor entertaining areas for use in early spring & late autumn. It's a very comfortable, inviting house to live in - it has great "bones" and a sense of warmth that emanates from within... people love to be here. It has the quintessentail north facing, sundrenched backyard, pool & entertainment areas. From upstairs we have substantial district views stretching out to the blue mountains in the west. We like to entertain - in winter you can utilize the formal dining area, whilst in summer you will love the magnificent outdoor entertaining verandah, next to the pool, with a built in BBQ and bar fridge servicing an outdoor dining & casual relaxation area.

We are located in Roseville, Sydney, which is approx 15 mins from the centre of Sydney CBD, by car. Close by (within 1.5kms) we have the large Chatswood shopping centre area, comprising 2 big shopping malls joined by strip shopping. We are within easy reach of many restaurants within a 5km radius. We are approx 10kms from the many beachs that stretch up the North Sydney coast line and only a couple of km to the northern parts of Sydney harbour. We are well serviced with trains (300m away), buses & taxis. Whilst we are not far from the action, the street we live in, is a non-through road with only local traffic, which makes it a delightfully quiet oasis. Something about ourselves

Lisa & I live here with our 3 sons; 1 at university and the other 2 at SHORE school in North Sydney. We are importers & wholesalers of natural stone from around the world and this allows us to travel as a family to some wonderful parts of the world. For the next 3 years we will be somewhat restricted to travelling during the Australian school holidays, but once Will leaves school at the end of 2014, we can be much more flexible in swap timings.
