Our home is a comfortable, clean 4-bedroom house with a roomy combined living and kitchen area that has hosted many cuppa's. The loungeroom is an oasis with modern conveniences which backs onto the yard which is home to birdlife in and around the garden. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet while the three additional bedrooms are adequately sized sharing the main bathroom with a corner spa, shower, vanity and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has been turned into a second loungeroom for the kids complete with fold-out double futon. It is a single storey home with no stairs.

We are lucky to live in a village seaside town on the beautiful New South Wales south coast on the edge of Seven Mile Beach National Park and nestled below Mt Coolangatta. Seven Mile Beach is only 10 minutes walk and we have access to an abundance of gorgeous beaches for all types of recreational activity. We are situated 2 hours drive from the centre of Sydney, 40 minutes from Jervis Bay and Hyams Beach (voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world), and 10 minutes drive to the trendy/artsy shopping village of Berry. We are close to the Southern Highlands and also have lots of wineries at our doorstep. Something about ourselves

I am Roz, mother to two almost teenage children; Josh is 14 yrs and Claire is 12 yrs. I work part-time and university study full-time/part-time (depending on the time of the year). I will be finished my degree next year and hope to start my career in Communications or Public Relations. We travelled to Bali and Borneo in 2010 and while we all immensely enjoyed the experience, it was a costly one. I would like to give my children (and myself) some unique experiences that don't cost the earth and offer them a real adventure immersing ourselves in the culture of other countries or regions of Australia. This is my first opportunity to home exchange and I hope it will be a beneficial exchange for all. My children and I are respectful of others' property. I would be very pleased to get to know my host family before we exchange.
