We have a two bedroom Unit overlooking the ocean. The unit has one bathroom and a separate toilet, also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the other one has a queen bed and a single pull out. The building has a lift and we are on the 4th floor and have a great view of the ocean, we are at the front of the building with nothing to obstruct the view. We have one garage. This is not our main home.

Our Unit is situated at Manly Beach over looking the ocean. Situated seven miles north-east of Sydney and the lower Beaches. Manly is named after the Aboriginal people of the Kay-ye-my clan who lived here, Captain Arthur Phillip upon seeing these people thought they were very Manly. We are close to the city of Sydney only a short Ferry ride. We are close to dining and family attractions. Something about ourselves

My husband and I love to travel. We are self employed being in property development. We are flexible for exchange as our main home is in Dural. There may be times when our children and grandchildren travel with us.
