This beautiful townhouse right on the beach offers great opportunity to a couple or small family who wish to holiday in the surf and sun. It has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. The main bedroom has views across Curl Curl Beach (we are literally across the road) with a nice balcony, 2 sliding doors and an opening on-suite with shower,spa. The 2nd bedroom has an on suite and walks out on to the backyard/courtyard where you have a private 3 to 4 person spa and garden,outdoor shower, remote garage for 1 car and visitor parking next door. Both bedrooms and lounge room have cable T.V. with a 40'' plasma in the lounge room + playstation 3. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge offers a relaxed and intimate feel, lovely balcony downstairs with BBQ and outdoor setting. We also have wi-fi for your computer. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher and oven. The townhouse has a remote alarm We can offer our Toyota Rav-4 2dr or Mazda 3 hatch in exchange also. Fishing and surfing gear if experienced. We also have cleaners once a week to tidy.

Curl Curl is a quiet suburb on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with natural lagoons, parks and spectacular beach. We are close to the famous Manly Beach (only 2 beaches away). Great fishing from the beach and rocks. The surfing it's famous for as well. Rock pool across the road with surf club, bar and cafe. Neighboring beaches are Freshwater, Manly and Dee Why. Take the bus from the front door to Manly (1/2 hr) where you can get a ferry to Sydney City (1/2hr). Manly is famous for it's beach culture, food, festival and events, night spots and clubs, shops, cafe's. We are a young and hard working couple (teacher and small business owner) recently married and looking to travel. We are clean and respectful people who have not tried home exchange before but can see amazing holidays on offer. We too can offer a beautiful place to visit and are sure any couple or small family will have a fabulous holiday as we do everyday in our lovely home. We are very lucky to live where we do.
