Our home is right in the heart of the seaside village of Kingscliff. You have award winning Cafe style restaurants directly underneath and many more along the Esplanade. You can hear the ocean rolling up on the beach across the road and take in the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and delicious 'made on the premises' french cakes & pastries from downstairs.
The home is fully equipped with modern Meile appliances, granite benches, reverse cycle airconditioning, and for those really hot days you can open the entire front cedar bi-fold doors, relax on the balcony with the sea-breeze, a cocktail or a cold beer from the ice maker refrigerator.

We are situated one floor up in the geographic centre of the Kingscliff oceanfront esplanade, straight across the road is the Pacific Ocean. Directly below us at street level is the renowned Marine Parade cafe/restaurant and fashion boutique precinct. In fact the Cafe directly below us, The ledgendary Choux Box Cafe, has on more than one occasion won the 'Best Breakfast in Australia' Award from the Australian Restaurant and Caterers Association.
From our front door it is: 1 minutes walk to the Surf - 2 minutes walk to the Kingscliff Pub (great upstairs Restaurant & music) - 30 minutes drive west to the Rainforest - 30 minutes drive north to Surfers Paradise - 30 minutes drive south to beautiful BYRON BAY.
Kingscliff has its own Boutique Arthouse Cinema. On the street behind us is the main Supermarket and Bus Stop. Other Restaurants include Thai, Italian, Tibetan, Chinese, Greek and modern Australian. The absolute beachfront Kingscliff Surf Club and The Beach Club, also have great food and music.

We own a portfolio of Property Investments, two of which are Apartments on the Swan River in Perth City, Western Australia. These can also be used for home exchanges - (dates open for discussion). We love to travel and being retired means we are happy to consider, and will reply to all offers of exchange, including long-term and non-simultaneous.
It gets beautifully 'hot' here in Summer, and the Winters are mild, so it really is a personal decision as to when you wish to visit - the hot/warmer, or milder time of the year. This location is also perfect for use as a BASE to explore South to beautiful BYRON BAY and North to The GOLD COAST & BRISBANE,(Jetstar, Friday Frenzy 4-8pm great cheap flights further Nth & Sth); while in-between, getting to know the Kingscliff/Byron locals. At times we may travel with another couple or have a family member visit, depending on the location and we are comfortable with our Exchangers doing the same here.
