Our apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and has a tastful modern feel about it. The living room is a combined lounge dining room and is comfortably furnished for family enjoyment and for dinner guests. The two bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, the main has a queen bed and an ensuite and the second bedroom has two beds, one of which is a trundle bed but still adequate for an adult. There is also a third bedroom that is used as a computer cum sitting room.The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a six-unit, three level apartment building. The sea-breeze and ceiling fans provide pleasant living in the warmer months while the electric heaters provide warmth in winter. The garage houses our car which could be included in the exchange, but otherwise all parking is on the street. The main bathroom has both shower and bath while the ensuite has a shower. Both bathrooms have toilets.

We live on a pleasant, quiet street just four minutes walk from the beautiful beach and the costal walk. The beach is one of the great beaches of Sydney and is most famous for its good surfing breaks and wide expanse of clean sand. There is a small local shopping strip with convenience stores and restaurants and then larger centres just a few minutes away by road. Something about ourselves
