Our home is a large four bedroom house with garden. It's close to lots of great beaches (Manly is the nearest surf beach and Balmoral has lovely quiet waters if you have younger children) and we not far from the centre of Sydney. The main bedroom has a large walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and we do enjoy having a really big pantry. Two of the bedrooms are children's rooms but we can provide extra double and single beds as needed. We also have a summer house with it's own toilet. We have two cats that will need feeding during your stay (and we are happy to care for your pets!) and if you want to go away at any time during your stay we can arrange for neighbours to feed them. The backyard is secure if you have children.

We LOVE our location. We live on a super quiet street in a lovely suburb. We are 6 minutes drive to Manly Beach, which is a great place to spend time in. As it's so easy to get to we visit several times a week. Aside from surfing, there are lots of cafes and it's just nice to people watch. A 20 minute walk through the local bush reserve will take you to a scenic picnic, swimming, waterskiing, mountain bike riding place. We have 2 gold courses close by, a local swimming pool, gym, and there are many other beaches and lovely places to visit. We are 25 minutes from the city centre, offering all the usual big city attractions. Just 2 blocks away are our local shops with friendly people and 2 large shopping malls are a five and ten minutes drive away. Something about ourselves

My husband is English and works as an IT consultant. I am Australian and I teach yoga and write. We have two young children. We have had great experiences with houseswaps in Europe and Australia in the past 2 years. We are both very well travelled and are looking forward to spending family time exploring a new location.
