Our home is a large 5 bedroom home, on 1 level L-shaped. A very open airy home with the large lounge room having 2 patio areas coming off it allowing the afternoon breeze to waft through. We have reverse cycle airconditioning in that room. Normally we receive a sea breeze in the afternoons. Easy care garden with Australian natives feeding the local parrots and finches. We overlook a beautiful valley of mango and beef cattle farms. A very peaceful oasis in the suburbs of a small rural city, up high on a ridge, not overlooking neighbours. A wonderful place to visit all the sights that the East coast has to offer all within minutes from our homely home.

A small rural city of 40,000 people including tiny villages just out on nearby ridges. A tropical climate with mild winters in July August. We are known as the gateway to the Border Rainforests and where the mountains meet the sea, which is 30 ks. away. The towns of Byron Bay, Ballina are only 30-45 mins away. Surfers Paradise which is in Queensland is only 125klms North, while Brisbane it's Capital is only 200klms. Lismore is the Macadamia capital of Aus. We are als a thriving organic food area where advocados, olives, nuts, coffee and a great range of veges are grown. The local markets here and in Nimbin, The Channon, Bangalow are becoming well known outside Australia. We are proud parents of 4 children now left home some 5 years ago. They are scattered living in 3 different states though all venturing overseas this year. Kev and I are both physically active as play tennis couple of times a week, trying to learn Bridge and myself Italian. I have retired from Nursing while Kev a retired Bankie is driving a delivery van 2 days a week for a friend. I still run my very small Bowen Therapy bussiness from home and we both love meeting new people. Kev is local tennis club President so we lead full but happy lives. Our families play a major role so visiting them is always a priority.Gaurantee to look after your house like it is our own.
