This is our own private mini resort in a well known beauty spot in Sydney. We have a heated pool, home theatre, play area, cubby house, porches, decks, open fireplace etc. It is the perfect place to just stay at home and watch the boats go by as the light changes on the water, after or instead of sightseeing around Sydney. The house is very family oriented with large open plan living upstairs to make the most of the view. Downstairs has plenty of bedrooms and a second living room and kitchen. The 2 bathrooms and guest loo are very large. Almost every room opens onto a deck or the porch and has spectacular views. The property is on a hill overlooking Pittwater on a private acre. We have a visiting Wallaby (small relative of the Kangaroo) in the garden, as well as possums, bandicoots, colourful birds and other fauna. After a few attempts we have various fruit trees dotted around too.

Our neighborhood
I feel like we are permanently on holiday. Church Point is very quiet except for the colourful, singing birds and the odd watercraft. 180 metres in front of the house is Pittwater with a 4km path along the waterfront for daily walks. Don't forget to say Good morning or smile at everyone you pass! Along here you will find 3 marinas and 3 cafes plus tennis courts. The historic Church Point Post Office/Shop/Restaurant is about 800 metres from us and does a great meal or coffee, right over the water itself. The Northern Beaches are beautiful; great for sailing, surfing, bushwalking, golf. Please look closer at the map of Church Point and the Peninsula to see the unique geography of the area. Church Point is listed as one of the 100 things you must see in Sydney. The Northern Beaches is where wealthy Sydney siders and foreign film stars like to holiday.
