Our charming home is a two bedroom Edwardian brick (semi-detached) bungalow located approximately 200 metres from the Centennial Parklands. It is comfortable, spacious, and easy to live in. We have: two bedrooms (sleeps 4); one bathroom/toilet; living room; dining room; sun room and an eat-in kitchen. Our underneath area contains the laundry with a shower recess and a separate toilet. The timber deck overlooks a fenced back yard that is private with trees and a garden. We also have garden/dining furniture plus a BBQ for outdoor entertaining. I love spending time in my home it has a warm and welcoming feel to it.

Centennial Parklands, 200 metres away, is great for cycling, horse riding, picnicking or a very pleasant walk. http://www.centennialparklands.com.au Our friendly neighbourhood of North Randwick is very centrally located. It is close to a variety of restaurants, famous beaches (Bondi, Bronte, Clovelly etc) and Royal Randwick Racecourse is a 10 minute walk away. Bondi Junction and Randwick shopping centres are also close by. The city centre (Sydney) is a 15 minute bus ride and Fox Studios Entertainment Quarter (a great growers market) is close by. We are a semi retired couple, a driver trainer and special education teacher. Bill is originally from London. We usually travel back to the UK about every 5 years. During our last trip we enjoyed minding a house in Islington, so have decided to house swap, we can provide references if necessary. We have lived in this house for 25 years and love the area as it is so quiet, peaceful and yet so handy to everything. We would be looking at an exchange term of about 3 weeks, preferably SSW London to the orbital M23. We would prefer a house swap in either July or October 2010.
