We offer a large French Provincial spacious home with a covered wrap around verandah with every room opening onto the verandah. Four very large bedrooms (1 King bedroom with ensuite, 1 King guest bedroom and 2 Queen guest bedrooms) separate fully organised working office, kitchen/family room, formal lounge/dining with open fireplace. Separate laundry, solar heated spa pool with large entertaining deck over gardens and views to the hinterland. Car available. This is a very private location and extremely comfortable luxury home. Plenty of outdoor living all year round in this superb climate. Beautiful maintained gardens.

Friendly neighbourhood, walking distance to village, tennis courts, cafe style restaurant for great locally grown organic coffee. 10 minutes to Bangalow for fine restaurants and boutique shopping; 15 minutes to Byron Bay, the most easterly point of Australia, with magnificent climate and surfing beaches; 30 minutes to Lismore; 10 minutes to Mullumbimby. One hour drive to Surfers Paradise on Gold Coast with great shopping, galleries, beaches, movies; everything a city has to offer. We are Rhondda and Phil (50-60),with 2 married children, our son lives in Florida with his 2 girls, and our daughter and 3 boys live within walking distance from our home. We love to travel, having lived and worked overseas. We have a consulting engineering company. Gardening is our passion and hobby, we grow tropical fruit and nut trees and love snow skiing, walking, meeting people, surfing and we entertain a lot. We are very caring, clean, tidy people and value our beautiful home and would look after yours the same way. Our desire is to continue seeing the world and meeting people, anywhere, we are open to all suggestions.
