Our house has 2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and would suit two couples or a small family. The house has reverse cycle airconditioning. Large deckings, one with a gas barbecue, overlook the bay and there is a heated spa in a conservatory. We have an interesting garden of native Australian plants.

Our neighborhood
Set in a leafy suburb north of the harbour 15-20 minutes by car from the city. There are good specialty shops and restaurants including an excellent French bakery in our village. There are pleasant bush walks around the harbour from our suburb. It is an easy drive to surfing and harbour beaches and there are two public golf courses nearby. Something about ourselves
We are a retired professional couple who have travelled extensively, now usually renting apartments. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try this system of travel. We enjoy theatre, music and gardening and usually choose places to stay where we can do some hiking. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay.  = marks the location of this home
