Our home is spacious and comfortable in a quiet street. The house is on two levels, the main living area is on the top floor. This has two double bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen with all facilities and a dining/family area leading out to a large deck, which has extensive views of the ocean and local area and is a great place to sit out and BBQ. The lower floor leads out to another deck area, small garden and a pool. There are two more bedrooms downstairs with a laundry and second bathroom. The house has broadband and wireless access, cable TV and a well-equipped kitchen.

Our house is in Clovelly in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. There are several beaches within short walking distance and also access to a magnificent coastal walk passing through Bondi Beach and continuing on to Sydney Harbour. It is close to a number of parks including Centennial Park which offers walking, bike riding and horse riding. We are close to the city with a good bus service going directly to the harbour, CBD, galleries and museums. Clovelly is a very family friendly suburb with lots of activities for all ages. We are a recently retired professional couple with two adult daughters both currently living and working in London. We were both born and grew up in the UK but have lived in Australia for many years. We both love travelling and, hope to do a lot more over the next few years. We have enjoyed several successful house swaps in the past.
