Welcome to our place. We have a comfortable, light and modern home on two levels, bordering a championship golf course. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms – one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 large single beds. There is a bathroom with spa bath, shower, toilet and sink and there is a games room (with a snooker table) which opens onto a terrace overlooking the golf course and the sea beyond. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining and living area (which opens on both sides to balconies), a powder room and a master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. The larger balcony has a dining table and is wonderful for alfresco dining.

We live in Tura Beach 4km from Merimbula on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. This is a picturesque area with many national parks, pristine beaches and scenic hinterland, giving visitors lots to explore. Merimbula is one of the larger towns on this part of the coast and provides many attractions including lakes, beaches, clubs, boutique shops, cafes & restaurants. There are local weekend markets, art and craft galleries, a cinema and a small aquarium. For the sporty visitor there is a choice of golf clubs as well as tennis, bowls, many walking trails, diving and snorkelling, surfing and both deep sea and lake fishing opportunities. We are retirees in our mid sixties (teacher and epidemiologist). We are enthusiastic about sharing our beautiful part of the coast and would make you very welcome in our home. We are both non smokers and take great care of our home as we would yours. We enjoy gardening, cooking, dining, music (especially opera), walking, reading, photography, visiting museums and galleries and travelling.
