Our neighborhoodThe neighbourhood is on the site of the old Colonial Sugar refinary, approx 7 hectares. It includes a mixture of low level townhouses, medium height apartments and high-rise apartments.We have many cafes and restaurants nearby and we are but 15 minutes walk to the Centre of Sydney. Transport is excellent. Supermarkets close by. Pyrmont Growers Market first saturday everymonth, featuring produce from all over the state region. Cheeses, coffee, various meats incl. venison, lamb, fowls & many artisan producers of Jams,preserves,muesli. We are also just 10 minutes walk to our Chinatown and some of the worlds best Yum Cha, not to mention the shopping.Our precinct includes tennis court and 20 metre Indoor heated swimming pool & Gym, all accessable to residents.

Something about ourselvesWe are Dennis & Lorraine, married ( 36 Years ) retired, but not completely. Dennis operates a fine wine Internet based business & Lorraine helps out part-time in a serviced office in the CBD. We love dining out and entertaining family & friends at home. We both worked in the travel industry many years ago and still have the yearn to be somewhere else on a regular basis. We are just 9 hour flight to the vibrant city of Hong Kong which we love to visit often. We have three grown up children who live not far away. We also have 2 cats who think they own the place. They are 11 years old & sleep most of the time. They are used to going to cat boarding if you don't desire their company.
