Christmas and New Year 2011 / 2012 in Bondi Beach, Sydney?
This is one of Bondi's best homes - almost 200square metres internally; 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom/4 toilets, separate outdoor sauna, double garage.
It is in a quiet location, just a short walk to famous Bondi Beach. Views over parkland and the famous Royal Sydney Golf Course, (see http://www.bondibowls.com.au for the actual view from the balcony of our home - I took this photo for the club). Car exchange available.
We are a couple (45 and 46 years of age) with a five year old boy.
Roslyn is a software marketing manger, David is in IT sales. We have travelled extensively and have previous home swap experience. We are seeking to exchange for one-two weeks in Paris, Italy, Spain or other European city.
Open to visiting Hawaii or somewhere tropical over December / January 2011/2012. Interested in Europe (particularly France & Italy - for other parts of the year.)
We would also consider exchanges within Australia/New Zealand for long weekend or short break. .
