A lovely comfortable home with beautiful views of the McPherson Ranges and Mt Warning. 3 bedrooms plus family room, study, lounge room, large kitchen and lovely huge yard. The house is located in an ancient volcano and surrounded by magnificent hills and has wonderfully serine outlooks. It is so amazingly quite here, you can hear and see a huge array of birds and wildlife.This exchange includes a 2010 VW Tiguan 4 wheel drive.

Tyalgum a lovely little village that is 15 minutes from Murwillumbah in the Tweed Valley in NSW. It is approximately 45 minutes from the Gold Coast airport and about 1 hour from Byron Bay. Tyalgum is in the Caldera which is located inside an old volcano. It boasts an International Music Festival every September which is world renowned. We are a middle aged couple who love to travel the world and as such have done several exchanges in Bournemouth, London, Paris, Netherlands, Berlin, Scotland, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney a few times. My name is John, and I am a retired ex military officer and my wife, Kim, is an administration officer. We believe exchanging is a great way of becoming immersed in another countries culture. We are very open to all offers and we are very flexible with timing. Ideally we would like to spend a few months in one place to really experience the lifestyle and become part of the community.
