Description of our house
Wake up to the laughter of the resident kookaburas and native birds that live in the bush reserve that backs onto our property. We are on the 7th. tee of an 18 hole championship golf course and 1 kilometer from the patrolled beach. The living area with adjoining garage and seperate laundry and seperate toilet are downstairs. Outside has a good sized court-yard with bar-b-q and outdoor setting with seating for 6. Upstairs has the 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardobes, bathroom and seperate toilet. This is our home-away-from-home and we have recently renovated the property with new appliances, new furniture, new kitchen and new bathroom. It has been freshly painted with new tiling throughout.

Our neighborhoodWe are 1 kilometer from a patrolled beach, adjacent to an 18 hole golf course and 500 meters from the lawn green bowls club. The area is well provided with surf beaches, lakes and natural bushland. Golf, fishing, swimming, bushwalking and exploring the natural beauty of the south coast are all at your doorstep. The climate is temperate with very mild winters and wonderful spring, summer & autumn weather. We are 3 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra. This is our holiday home and would be more than happy to host you at our normal residence in country New South Wales as well as escourt you around the sights of Sydney if suitable.

Something about ourselvesWe are an easy going, professional couple (52 & 49) whose children are "nearly" independent and who have discovered the delights of travel. We are baby-boomers who still think and act like 28 year olds. We are very happy to consider travel to any corner of the world and are fairly flexible in our travel plans. We are happy to consider non-simultaneous exchanges.
