Kevinn's 2 storey brick house overlooks the lower Blue Mountains National Park with magnificant landscaped gardens including a beautiful waterfall and fish pond. The balcony looks over our garden, the Blue Mountains and wonderful sunsets. Newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and all mod cons and bathroom with seperate toilet, timber floors with carpet in bedrooms, cosy fireplace in lounge room with the view of the mountains. The lounge room also has the latest wall mounted LCD television with built in DVD player. His garden boasts many species of native wildlife including possums, parrots, cockatoos, kookaburras. His second house is situated 5 hours south of Sydney in Mystery Bay, near Narooma. The house is on a large corner block right on the water with spectacular views of Montague Island. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The area has superb diving, snorkelling, swimming, fishing and hiking. Look up http://www.eurobodalla.com.au to see how spectacular the area is.

At Kevinn's Blue Mountains house you can go hiking in the National Park from the house. 10 minutes drive from the house puts you at Euroka Clearing, within the National Park, and amoungst lots of 'Mobs' of wild kangaroos and beautiful rivers. Great for hiking. The house is in the lower Blue Mountains, the perfect location for visiting the Sydney area. 30 Min to Sydney Harbour and Bridge, Darling Harbour and the Sydney Opera House. 30 Min to Katoomba and the Three Sisters, including spectacular look outs and hiking. The Hunter Valley, Sydney's premier wine producing area is only 1 1/2 hours drive away. His beach house is in a wonderful quiet community 10 minutes south of Narooma. It is right on the beach with spectacular sunsets over Montague Island. It is a very safe place for swimming, snorkelling and hiking. You can take boat trips out to Montague Island to see whales, penguins and seals. You can snorkel and dive with the seals. We are in our forties and love travelling. We have already done several home exchanges including South Africa, Canada, Tahiti and within Australia and find it an extremely rewarding way to see the world. We are open to any suggestions for any time of the year. We have a car to offer, but not as a transfer from Sydney airport to the Blue Mountains due to the difficulty of traffic and expensive car parking. There are a number of companies we will put you in touch with to transfer you or you can catch the train. We would look after your place as if it were our own. We are both non smokers and would take pride in looking after your house.
