My apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet in a most select area of Sydney. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king single and a single trundle. A dining room with seating for six leads to the lounge with two two seater sofas looking out to the terrace. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate shower stall as well as a separate laundry. Excellent security on the second floor with lift plus under cover security parking in the building. Everyone who has stayed here has enjoyed the location and the convenience of this apartment. Our neighborhood
Mosman is an inner harbour suburb twelve minutes by bus from the centre of the city. Delightful shopping within minutes as well as interesting cafe's and restaurants. A public swimming pool is next door, plus a gym one minute away and one of Sydney's most beautiful beaches is a walk or short bus ride away. Walk to the ferry wharf and enjoy a delightful trip across the harbour, past the Opera House to Circular Quay where you will enjoy, within short walks, the historical area of Sydney, called the Rocks, or the beautiful harbourside Botanic Gardens. Sydney is a beautiful city on a large harbour with much to see and do. You'll love it, everyone does! Something about ourselves
I am Diane, 66 years old and I have successfully completed 12 home exchanges. I have two homes, the main home is at Terrigal which is a beachside town one and a half hours from Sydney. It has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms plus a large balcony with views of the sea. It could also be available if you would prefer it to Mosman. It has a king bedroom, a queen, and a twin plus a large library/office on the ground floor, then a spacious living area and kitchen on the upper floor with the best views. I was a divisional manager for a Danish toy company before I retired. I love to travel, mainly to Europe and North America. References available.
