&SEE ALSO 8097 This is our country property on 100 acres. This home is very comforable with plenty of privacy and room to move about. It is clean tidy & very nicely fitted out for our second property. There are three large bedrooms, a bathroom and second toilet in our one level house. A large combustion fire place for a cosy home in our short winter months. There is a large covered outdoor patio with a gas BBQ where most of our eating is made. We also have a table setting around our open campfire, great for those clear starry nights!!
The property also has a log cabin with its own facilities, wood combustion fire, which can sleep 2 adults And 2 children. Small veranda which looks out into our wonderful acreage, including a large dam, and five friendly horses. Our little Shetland pony spends a lot of time in our company. Hoping for a cuddle from one of our 5 grandchildren, who love a ride too.

Our acreage borders the National Park, with plenty of trails. If you like nature and wildlife, lots of Kangeroos and Kookaburras, you will love the Australian bush at its best. Only 20 minutes by car are some of Australias most beautiful white sand surf beaches.
If you prefer daily excursions the Hunter Valley vineyards are just over an hours drive away. Wonderful well known Australian wines.
Other daily trips,with wonderful scenic drives, are quaint Australian outback towns, typical of our land. Or larger cities along the coast with larger malls for shopping. However these would be for daily excursions. Our acreage borders the National Park, with plenty of trails. My Husband & I are now both retired. After our 35 years based in many parts of the world, with a large International company, we now want to explore the world at leisure. We are open to any suggestions.
We have 3 wonderful grown up children, six grandchildren, one dog and 5 horses. None of which will be travelling with us.!!
Together we are very active, love our golf, horse riding and swimming. We keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle, both our homes lend themselves to others with similar interests.
We love to escape the Australian winter and understand our house exchangers would enjoy our Australian summer, therefore would be happy for a non simultaneous exchange.
