Very comfortable living with 10 minute walk to regular ferry services to the city or a bus to the city or to connect with rail (30-40 minutes). Automatic car available.

Pleasant area, with nice houses, lots of trees and parks, with the Parramatta River nearby. Very good area for walking. Swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness centre at the Country Club. Village shopping centre (3 blocks away) has supermarket and coffee shop and the hotel across the road serves good value meals. Cafes and takeaway nearby, with major shopping complexes and movies within 15 minutes drive. Good public golf course nearby. Something about ourselves

We are both retired after a lifetime in education. Have extensive family and good neighbours who look after our home and our guests when we are away. In 2013, we will be away from May to July.
